Who We Are

We are the Wired Warriors. We represent the FIRST Robotics team at Whiteland Community High School. We began our program here in the Spring of 2016, with a very determined and passionate group of students and mentors.  We have over 30 active members and 6 mentors.  Our group aims at expanding the world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for ourselves and others in our community through the use of robotics technology.  Our student co-captains are Preston Rahim and Grace Brewington.

Our Robot

In the 2017 season we built a robot that could launch wiffle balls, climb rope, and deliver gears.  All of these aspects were necessary to compete in the Steamworks game by FIRST.

Our Accomplishments

In the 2017 season we received awards including:

  • Highest Rookie Seed at Indiana Tippecanoe District
  • Rookie All-Star
  • Rookie Inspiration award

We hope to receive other awards in the 2018 season and beyond.
